House. C17 core but largely dating from C18; C20 alterations. Timber-
framed earlier core encased in brick, Welsh slate roof. Half H-shaped
plan with central entrance; axial stack and pair of lateral stacks to
each wing, C17 section largely incorporated into south wing. Two storeys
and attics. Main front symmetrical with gables flanking central section.
1:2:1 windows; semi-circular headed windows in gables, paired glazing bar
sash windows below and glazing bar sash windows to central block. Central
doorway with pilasters and cornice, 6-panelled door. Interior is said to
contain panelling and C18 plaster ceilings. (RCHM Vol II, p 43).
