GV II
Dovecote. Early C17. Sandstone rubble; C20 tiled roof. Rectangular plan
with entrance to north side; two storeys with raised verges. North front
gable to right of centre with three landing stages and large circular open-
ing with three smaller circular openings, 2-light stone mullioned window
and doorway to left with steps up. Two-light stone mullioned window to ground
floor to left of elliptical headed doorway; ledged door. (RCHM Vol II, p 194).
