Farmhouse. C17 with minor alterations. Timber-framed with wattle-and-daub
infill, sandstone plinth and stacks, pantiled roof. L-plan with slightly
later addition to west forming T-plan, east gable end stack and entrance.
Further entrance to south, lateral stack to east of wing extending to north.
Two storeys and basement; south front, irregular C20 fenestration, one 4-
pane casement window to left and 3-light window to right; ground floor,
one similar window to left and three to right of half-glazed C20 door.
Framing is largely complete, three and four square panels from sill to
wall-plate with V-struts in gables. Interior retains large open fireplace
in ground floor room to right and chamfered ceiling beams.
