Shown on OS map as Lady Grove.
House. Probably C18. Timber-framed with painted brick infill, sandstone
plinth, and east gable end stack, brick shaft, tiled roof. Two framed
bays with outshut to rear and adjoining outhouse of further two bays to
west; central entrance. Single storey and attic, single storey adjoin-
ing outhouse, 2-light glazing bar casements flank gabled porch with ledged
door, gable-lit attic. Largely complete light framing of three square
panels from sill to wall-plate.
