7/39 Mill Farmhouse
GV II
Farmhouse. C17, altered C20. Timber-framed with part wattle-and-daub
and part painted brick infill, sandstone plinth, stacks and part refacing,
C20 tiled roof. Irregular T-shaped plan with stacks to each gable end and
further lateral stack to south, later additions to north and east. Single
storey and attic; south front; irregular fenestration and altered entrances
to left side of west wing with corner window and stack to right, 2-light C20
cross-casement window in side of wing which projects forward adjoining
gable end of further cross-wing to right with large stack and half-glazed door.
