5/76 Church Farmhouse
Farmhouse. C17. Timber-framed with wattle-and-daub infill, sandstone
plinth and slate roofs. H-plan with lateral stacks and central entrance
facing north, further entrance to side of west cross-wing. Single storey
and attic, one 2-light glazing bar casement to gable end of wings, flanking
central hall with gabled dormer and 2-light leaded casement, further window
below eaves to right of panelled door. C19 bargeboards to gables. Interior
is said to contain C18 staircase with turned balusters.
