Shown on OS Map as the Folly House. C17. Timber-framed, wattle-and-daub and brick
infill, part rendered, sandstone plinth and stacks, slate roof. Three framed bays
aligned north/south with south gable entry and stack, with lateral stack to west.
Single storey and attic; east front, two dormers with 2-light casement windows,
two similar irregularly spaced windows to ground floor. Framing appears largely
complete, three square panels from sill to wall plate.
