House. C17 core, remodelled late C18. Part timber-framed, largely refaced
with brick, slate mansard roof, sandstone plinth. Single depth main house
with additions extending to rear, central entrance, end stacks. Two storeys,
central blind semi-circular-headed arch; 1:1:1 glazing bar sash windows,
flat gauged brick arches to outer windows, cambered to central window;
pedimented surround to entrance with semi-circular head to doorway, decorative
fanlight and 6-panelled door; entrance flanked by semi-circular-headed lights
with C20 lattice surface leading.
