GV II
House. C17 with minor later alterations, C20 roof covering. Timber-
framed with part wattle-and-daub, part painted brick infill, sandstone
plinth and stacks, C20 concrete tiled roof. Two framed bays aligned
east/west with lower roof line to western bay, east gable entry and
further entry to left of centre of south front, gable end stacks.
Single storey and attic to west (left), two storeys to right; 2-light
casement window in dormer to left and 3-light casement window to right,
two 3-light windows to ground floor to right of lean-to porch with
half-glazed door, ledged door to east gable end with lean-to porch.
Framing appears largely complete, three and four square panels from
sill to wall-plate.
