Original use uncertain, reputedly a malt house, now two tenements. C18, C20
alterations and additions. Part timber-framed with sandstone plinth, brick
gable ends and C20 additions. Four bays aligned north/south facing east.
Three doorways to east front. Two storeys, 3-light casement window to left
and four 4-pane casement windows to right; ground floor, 2-light window to
right of door with plain canopy and half-glazed door, C20 window and third
door to left with gabled porch with trellis supports and half-glazed door.
