- II
Farmhouse. C17, altered late C18. Timber-framed with wattle-and-daub
and brick infill, sandstone plinth and hipped tiled roof. Three framed
bays with additional half-bay at east end, aligned east/west facing south,
left of centre entrance, end stacks. Two storeys and cellar, three 2-light
leaded casement windows, similar windows flank ledged door with overlight
and canopied porch. Interior inaccessible but half-bay at east end said
to retain early hop kiln.
