5/149 The End House
GV II
House. C17, altered C20. Timber-framed with part painted brick and part
wattle-and-daub refacing, sandstone plinth and sandstone refacing to south-
east gable end, tiled roof. Three framed bays aligned north-west/south-east
facing south-west with lobby-entry. Single storey and attic, three gabled
half-dormers with 2-light casement windows. Two similar windows to left of
entrance with gabled canopy and ledged door, further ledged door to right.
Framing complete though altered, three square panels from sill to wall-
plate, bracing from main post to wall-plate.
