5/155 Pump Orchard Farmhouse
Farmhouse. Possibly C17, largely refaced during late C18 and early C19.
Timber-framed core with some wattle-and-daub infill remaining, sandstone
rubble refacing, part tiled and part corrugated metal roof. Aligned
north-west/south-east with entrance in lean-to toward centre of south-
west face, to left of south-west lateral stack, axial stack south-east
of centre. South-west front, single storey and attic, left of centre
gabled dormer with 2-light casement window, 3-light window in lean-to to
left of ledged door, 2-light casement window to right of stack. Framing
formerly three square panels from sill to wall-plate.
