Farmhouse now used as hop floor and storage. C17 with C18 addition.
Timber-framed with wattle-and-daub infill, sandstone plinth, tiled roof,
adjoining coursed and dressed sandstone to C18 wing. Former range of
three framed bays aligned north/south with later range aligned east/west
adjoining at north end, entrance central to earlier wing, west of centre
entrance to C18 wing on north face, stacks removed. Two storeys. North
front, three blocked openings to C18 wing. Framing of C17 wing largely
complete with four square panels from sill to wall-plate. Farmhouse
obscured by C20 steel-framed outbuilding to east and later C19 building
with rectangular hop kilns to west, not of special interest.
