Farmhouse. Probably late C16 or C17 with late C18 and C19 alterations.
Timber-frame, partly cased in brick with stone slate, Welsh slate, tile
and concrete tile roofs, hipped to the south, brick stacks. H-plan with
central part aligned roughly east/west. Two storeys. South elevation
has 1:2:1 windows, mainly glazing bar sashes, those to ground floor with
segmental brick heads, brick plat band to central and right parts, brick
eaves cornice, polygonal brick porch beneath 2-light casement to right of
centre has glazed door and slate roof. North elevation has gable fronts
with exposed timber-framing, four square panels high from cill to ties.
