No 4 Lulham Cottages

Cottage. Probably C18 with late C19 alterations. Sandstone rubble plinth,
brick, timber-frame with brick infill, corrugated iron roof, central brick
ridge stack. Two structural bays aligned roughly north/south. Two storeys.
Two windows, 2-light C19 casements, gabled brick porch on south gable, west
wall has been rebuilt in brick. Heavy frame is three square panels high
from plinth to wall-plate. Included for group value. (RCHM Vol I, p 198).
