5/14 Cwn Maddoc Farmhouse

GV II

Farmhouse. Possibly C17, altered in early C19 and late C20. Sandstone
rubble, Welsh slate roofs and brick stacks. T-plan with cross-wing at
south-west end. Cellar and two storeys. South-east elevation has 2:2
windows, mainly early C19 and late C20 casements under segmental heads,
gable front has two windows each of two lights to first floor and one
3-light window to ground floor; main range has one 2-light window above
gabled early C20 porch to left hand side and one 3-light casement to each
storey on right hand side (RCHM Vol I, p 22).
