6/118 Water trough and wall
about 30 yards east-south-
east of Trippenkennett


Water trough. Possibly late C18 to early C19. Sandstone trough of circular
plan set in sandstone rubble wall about 15 yards long and three feet high
under a semi-circular headed arch with evenly cut voussoirs. An unusual
farmyard feature providing drinking from both sides of a dividing wall.
