3/135 Michaelchurch House

- II

House. Early C19. Sandstone and brick finished in render with hipped
Welsh slate roof and end stacks with coupled shafts. Two storeys.
Three windows, sashes with marginal panes to ground floor windows, central
porch with entablature supported on two Tuscan columns, 4-panelled door set
in semi-circular head with fanlight. Attached to the left hand side, beyond
a low two-storey linking block, is a two-storey wing of three windows, the
central one of which is large multi-paned canted bay window supported on
two brick columns. Michaelchurch House was formerly known as Michaelchurch
Villa.
