Farmhouse. Probably C17 with earlier origins and later alterations. Timber-
frame with brick infill and brick rear wall. Hipped Welsh slate roof and brick
ridge stack. U-plan with main range aligned roughly north/south and return
wings to east. Two storeys and attics. West elevation has four windows, mid-
C20 glazing bar casements, one to each of four exposed timber-framed gables.
In ground floor of left gable is a 3-light mid-C19 casement with a segmental
head. Right gable has another C20 casement to left of which is an early C20
glazed porch with two gables. Both the right and left gables have V-struts
above their collars. The latter also has two parallel angle struts to each
corner post, and a vertical post between the V-struts. Frame has roughly square
but irregular panels. Rear elevation has segmentally headed casements to brick
main range. The left and right gables have exposed timber-framing. Tallet stairs
