and attached outbuilding
to rear

Farmhouse. Probably C17 and C18 with early C19 alterations. Brick on sand-
stone rubble plinth with rear extension in sandstone rubble. Hipped Welsh
slate roof. Rear rubble side stack with brick shaft. Roughly rectangular
plan aligned north/south with western extension at north end. Two storeys.
East elevation has 1:3 windows, early C20 sashes and 2-light mid-C19 case-
ments under segmental heads with painted keystones and lintel ends. Roughly
central entry with painted alternate voussoirs, panelled door and fanlight.
Interior (not inspected) noted as having raking struts to trusses of rear
sandstone rubble extension.
