approximately 75 metres
north-east of
Bollitree Castle Farmhouse

GV II

Gateway. Mid-C18, with earlier fragments. Brick in Flemish bond with stone
dressings. Gate has plain stone surround with round head, keystone, and
moulded imposts. Above a band, and below a gabled coping, is a carved shield
of arms with crest flanked by angel corbels which appear to be medieval and
re-used.
