Barn about 15 yards
north-east of Catson

Barn. Probably late C17 or early C18 with later alterations. Timber-frame
with weatherboards and corrugated iron roof. Three structural bays aligned
north-west/south-east. South-west elevation has weatherboarding masked by
late C19 sandstone rubble extension and C20 lean-to (not included). Frame
is three square panels high from cill to wall-plate. Interior has raking
strut trusses. Included for group value. Catson (qv) is in Little Dewchurch
cp.
