New Mills Farmhouse

Barn. "1801" on quoin. Sandstone rubble and Welsh slate roof. Three
bays aligned roughly north/south. West elevation has central opposed
full-height entry with two-leaved ledged doors. To either side are four
vent loops arranged in two rows of two. South gable has vent slits
arranged on a different alignment from those of sides. Interior has collars
with V-struts. The collars are each supported by two vertical posts from
tie-beams. Included for group value.
