Forecourt walls. 1902. Sandstone ashlar. Semi-circular forecourt enclosed
by low wall with open balustrade, centrally placed gateway has square piers
pilastered with entablature capped by pinnacles, each is flanked by pedestrian
entrance with semi-circular arch, and a lower pier, again with pinnacle.
