Farmhouse. Early C17, remodelled early and late C19. Timber frame with brick infill and tile roof. Probably T-plan originally, cross-wing east/west, other range to north; stack to centre of cross-wing has three six-point star-plan shafts. East (street) front: to left gabled projecting range of late C19, one storey with attic lit by three-light casement; ground floor a canted bay, planted framing to first floor; to right timber framed range with porch in angle; porch of two storeys, timber on brick, gabled to right with casement in the return front, entrance to east side below has a ledged and boarded door, range to right has a three-light casement to first floor.

Framing: two rectangular panels high with straight angle braces to first floor.

Interior: inglenook fireplace with massive stone lintel, chamfered; much exposed timber.

The late C19 part is in the style of Bournville, and the building is owned by the Bournville Village Trust.
