Stable. Mid-C18 with mid-Cl9 alterations and additions. Brick with plain tiled
roof. Two levels with dentilled eaves cornice; 4 ½ bays; south elevation has two
ground floor windows and a central doorway, all with cambered heads, a round-
headed doorway with a transom light to the right and a basket-headed archway to
the left with double doors; there are two upper-level windows. C19 square
lantern at centre of roof ridge with glazed panels, a frieze pierced with
quatrefoils and a pyramidal lead roof with ball finial and weathervane.
External sandstone and brick steps at east end lead up to loft door.
