Circa 1857. Italianate building of 2 storeys in yellow brick with slate roof.
The side elevation has a segmental Ionic portico with 4 columns and 2 piers,
with balustraded parapet. The Vicar Street elevation has 7 round-arched windows
with rusticated keystones and cills with balusters beneath at first floor and
consoles at ground floor. Carved band at eaves and band with Greek key ornament
between storeys. Doorway with cornice on carved consoles.
