Chest tomb. Mid-C19. Ashlar. Moulded base and flat capping with raised
hipped central section. Corner rebates with quadrant gadrooned balusters.
Shaped inscription panels with moulded borders. Commemorates James Williams,
died 1838. The memorial is prominently situated on Church Green close to
the Church of St Stephen (qv). Included for group value.
