House. c1840 with mid-C20 alterations. Brick with plain tiled roof and
left end ridge stack. Two storeys with dentilled eaves cornice. Two bays;
windows have cambered heads and are 16-pane C20 sashes; central entrance
has a C20 open pediment and pilastered surround and a 6-panelled door.
There is a round-headed archway to the right. Interior not inspected. The
building adjoins No 6 (qv) on the east side continuing the main roof ridge
and is conspicuously situated forming part of a continuous row of houses
at the north-east end of Droitwich Road. Included for group value.
