Pair of houses. Cl7 with mid-C19 alterations and additions. Timber-framed,
painted brick infill and refacing; machine-tiled roof. Probably four framed
bays aligned north/south; large external chimney to rear centre, now partly
rebuilt. Single storey and attic with dormers. Framing: three panels from
sill to wall-plate; collar and tie-beam truss with two struts and V-strut in
apex visible at north gable end. West front elevation: four ground floor 3-
light casements; two gabled dormers with 2-light casements; two C20 doors.
Interior not inspected. C19 and C20 additions at rear. The roof covering
was being renewed at time of survey (July 1985).
