14/131 Beoley Mill


Needle mill, now factory and dwelling. Mid-C18 with mid-C20 alterations.
Painted brick with plain tiled roof and brick stacks. Three storeys and
attic with dentilled eaves cornice. Nine bays; openings all have cambered
heads; ground floor has six 3-light windows and a 4-light window; first
floor has five 3-light windows, a 4-light window and a loft door; second
floor has five 2-light windows and four 3-light windows. Attic lights and
entrances in gable ends. Rear elevation facing mill pond is recorded as
being much altered.
