House. Early C18 with mid-C20 alterations. Brick with tile roof. Three
storeys, band to first floor, stone coped parapet, timber lintel across
whole of ground floor; seven windows: C20 timber cross-windows under rubbed
brick heads; second floor: 2-light C20 casements with brick soldier course
to head; ground floor: much C20 brickwork, with three re-set 16-pane C19
sashes; entrance to left of centre approached by two steps has a heavily
moulded wooden architrave, flat wooden canopy, 2-pane overlight and a six
raised and fielded panel door. Included for group value.
