House. Mid-C18 with some mid-C19 and mid-C20 alterations. Brick with hipped
slate roof. Three storeys on cellars, moulded stone cornice, band to first
floor, moulded stone plinth; five windows: glazing bar sashes under plastered
wedge lintels with keystones and stone sills; second floor: 9-pane boxed sashes;
ground floor: central entrance approached by four stone steps has a pilastered
doorcase with open pediment supported on consoles, over a fanlight; 6-panelled
door, upper four glazed; passage to right hand side entered under plastered
semi-circular head with keystone and impost blocks, the panelled door has
a semi-circular head also. Railings: simple wrought iron with a gate to
cellar to right which has fluted lock plates. Interior: open well staircase
with turned balusters and closed string.
