Two houses. Mid-C18 with some late C20 alterations. Brick with tile roof,
rendered plinth, stacks to rear. Two storeys on cellars, with attic lit by
two gabled dormers, dog tooth brick cornice, brick coped verges; three
windows: 3-light casements under wood imitation wedge lintels; ground floor:
three similar windows; entrance to no 46 to left hand corner, approached by
three stone steps has a flat canopy, wooden architrave, blind overlight of
two panels, C20 door of two raised and fielded panels; entrance to no 47
approached by three stone steps, between two windows to right, has a flat
wooden canopy supported on two metal struts, blind overlight of two panels,
2-panelled door, upper panel glazed; alleyway along right-hand side entered
under semi-circular arch.
