Three houses. Early C18, extended mid-C18 with mid-C19 and some late C20
alterations. Brick with hipped tile roof, stacks to rear. Two storeys With
attic lit by 3 + 2 + 2 pedimented dormers with moulded cornices; modillioned
wooden cornice, band to first floor; Glenhurst to left is the earliest part,
then Wood Eaves in centre, Pleasant Harbour to right; 7 + 3 + 5 windows:
boxed glazing bar sashes, all under rubbed brick heads; ground floor:
Glenhurst: six windows,similar to above, apart from second window from left
which has a large sash with tripartite glazing, central entrance has a
bolection moulded architrave with flat canopy on scroll brackets and a half-
glazed door; Wood Eaves and Pleasant Harbour have similar details to ground
floor.
