House, now shop. Early C18 incorporating fragments of C17 framing, altered
early C20. Brick, partly clad with planted framing, hipped tile roof, gable
end stack. Three storeys, dentilled brick cornice, two windows: 16-pane
sashes; second floor: 8-pane horizontally sliding sashes; ground floor:
dentilled wooden cornice on brackets over a central plate glass shop front
with 4-pane overlight, entrance at each corner with overlight and glazed
door. Interior: a number of exposed beams on ground floor, probably C17.
