House, now shop and flat. Early C19 with late C19 and some mid-C20 alterations.
Brick with machine tile roof, stack to rear. Three storeys, dentilled brick
cornice, two windows: sashes with tripartite glazing under wedge lintels with
keystones; second floor: similar windows under timber lintels; ground floor:
pilastered shop front with scroll brackets to cornice; 4-pane shop window to
left, shop entrance to right has overlight and glazed door, to right-hand
corner entrance to flat has an overlight and plain C20 door. Included for
group value.
