House, now shop and restaurant. Probably early C17, remodelled early C19
with some late C20 alterations. Timber-frame clad in rendered brick with
slate roof, gable end stack. Three storeys, two windows: canted bay windows;
second floor: 4-pane sashes; ground floor: tile shop front with 3-pane shop
front, entrance to right has glazed door, to right corner entrance with C20
fluted pilasters and 6-panel C20 door, leading to staircase. Framing: exposed
ceiling beams visible on first floor.
