House, now shop and flats. Late C18 with mid-C19 and some late C20
alterations. Brick with tile roof. Three storeys, dentilled brick cornice,
two windows; glazing bar sashes with stone sills with plastered stepped
voussoirs to the flat arches; second floor: similar, with 9-pane sashes;
ground floor: entrance to no 30 (qv) and flats to left approached by seven
stone steps, wooden architrave, 3-Pane overlight and 5-panel door; shop
front to right has wooden pilasters and a moulded cornice, 2-pane shop
front, entrance recessed to left approached by five stone steps with over-
light and glazed door.
