House, now shop and flats. Mid-C18 with mid-C20 alterations. Brick with
tile roof, gable end stack. Three storeys, with gable lit attic and cellars,
stone coped parapet and brick copes verges; two windows: boxed plate glass
sashes with stone sills under rubbed brick heads; second floor: as first
floor; ground floor: mid-C20 bow window set in rebuilt brick wall; entrance
to right through no 31 (qv).
