House, now shop and flat. Early C19 with mid-C19 and some mid-C20 alterations.
Brick with hipped slate roof. Three storeys, dentilled brick cornice; two
windows: glazing bar sashes under plastered wedge lintels; second floor:
as first floor; ground floor: pilastered shop front with scroll brackets
to cornice, central entrance approached by four stone steps with half-glazed
door, flanked by two plate glass windows. Advanced about one metre in front
of no 30 (qv) to right, with a sash window to ground and first floor in the
return wall.
