House, now offices. Early C18 with early and late C19 alterations and some late C20 restoration. Brick with hipped tile roof. Three storeys, stepped brick cornice, band to first floor; two windows: boxed glazing bar sashes under rubbed brick heads; second floor: boxed glazing bar sashes under segmental heads; ground floor: advanced with a flat roof, glazing bar sashes under rubbed brick heads. Entrance from arcade under Town Hall (qv) has a half-glazed door.

Interior: open well staircase with turned balusters and closed and moulded string.
