House, now two houses. Probably C17, refronted early C19 and with some
late C20 alterations. Stuccoed brick, low pitched hipped slate roof, rear
stack. Three storeys, stepped cornice, sill band to first floor, three
windows: each with shallow segmental head, central window blind, to left
a 16-pane horizontally sliding sash, to right a 3-light casement; second
floor: two 8-pane horizontal sliding sashes flank a blind window; ground
floor: two windows, a 12-pane sash to left of centre, a 16-pane sash to
right. Entrance to left corner opens into Long Alley, entrance to no 13
on left; segmental head to entrance which has a 6-panelled door; to right
entrance to no 12 has segmental head, wooden architrave and 6-paned door.
Lower rear wing has exposed timber truss to gable with struts to collar
and trenched purlins.
