Probably two houses now shop and flats. Mid-C18 with early C19 and some
late C20 alterations. Brick with tile roof. Three storeys, dentilled brick
cornice; four windows: 2-light C20 casement to left, two C20 glazing bar
sashes, a C20 top-hung casement to right, all under segmental heads; second
floor: 2-light C20 casement to left, two 8-pane C20 sashes, and a top-hung
casement to right; ground floor: shop front to left and central carriage
entrance all under a signboard and flanked by pilasters, 4-light shop window
to left, glazed door to shop entrance, 2-leaf boarded door to carriage
entrance to right; to right-hand side a glazing bar sash under segmental
head, with at right corner an entrance with wooden architrave, overlight
and boarded door under a segmental head. Included for group value.
