House, now shop and flat. Early C19 with some late C20 alterations.
Brick with tile roof, gable end stacks. Three storeys, dentilled brick
tie, two windows: C20 aluminium top-hung casements under segmental
heads with stone sills, second floor: as first floor, but under timber
lintels; ground floor: fluted wooden pilasters to dentilled cornice on
brackets, plate glass shop front to right, entrance to left has a glazed
door. Included for group value.
