House, now shop and flat. Late C18 with mid-C19 and late C20 alterations.
Painted brick, with artificial slate roof, gable end stacks. Two storeys,
dog tooth brick cornice; two windows: sashes with tripartite glazing under
timber lintels; ground floor: plate glass shop window to left with sign-
board above, slightly to right of centre entrance to shop has a four-flush
panel door, the upper two glazed; entrance at right-hand corner to flat has
wooden architrave under concrete lintel with half-glazed door. Included
for group value.
