Two houses, now house, flat and shop. Late C18 with mid-C19 and mid-C20
alterations. Brick with tile roof. Two storeys with attic lit by three
gabled dormers, three windows: glazing bar sash to left, to right two sashes
with tripartite glazing, all under segmental heads; ground floor: canted bay
window to left, immediately to right of which is entrance (no 88) with wooden
architrave and C20 glazed door, to right (no 87) two sashes with tripartite
glazing to right of which there is a pilastered shop front, entrance under
cornice to left has 4-panel door. Included for group value.
