Three houses. Dated 1812. Brick with tile roof. Two stacks in ridge. Two
storeys, dog tooth brick cornice. Three windows: 3-light casements. Ground
floor with four windows: to outer two 3-light casements, the inner two 2-
light casements, all under segmental heads. Entrances to corners and centre,
each with wooden architrave, C20 wooden canopy and ledged and boarded door.
Datestone beneath central window, rectangular with recessed oval inscription
panel: "Charity Houses/ erected/ 1812/ by/ James Pratt Esq/ffeoffeo".
