About 1850. Detached villa. Yellow stock brick, slate hipped
roof. 2 storeys. Symmetrical front: 3 sash windows with margin
lights and gauged brick lintels; sightly projecting centre bay
with arched door in relieving arch and moulded stuccco impost
course. 4-panel door, semi-circular fan. Plinth. Eaves brick
band. Chimneys either side of roof-centre with plinths and
dentilled brick cornices.
